Application of AI in document management and educational quality
Synopsis
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming document management and educational quality by automating administrative processes and optimizing data-driven decision-making. Its application in educational institutions ranges from document digitization to predictive analysis of academic performance. The study aims to analyze how AI enhances document management and quality assessment processes in education, identifying benefits, challenges, and future trends. To achieve this, a literature review and case studies of universities that have implemented AI in their document management and quality systems were conducted. The results show that AI enables the automation of document classification and retrieval, improves information accessibility, and optimizes student performance evaluation. Additionally, it facilitates internal audits, personalizes learning, and enhances administrative efficiency. However, challenges such as data privacy, algorithmic biases, and resistance to change from educational staff were identified. It is concluded that AI offers significant opportunities to improve education, but its implementation must consider ethical and regulatory aspects. Greater integration with emerging technologies such as blockchain and adaptive learning is expected, enabling a more efficient and secure educational ecosystem. However, strategic planning and staff training are essential to ensure effective adoption.
